Donjon Marine Co Inc., Hillside, New Jersey, was awarded a $45,713,700 firm-fixed-price contract for Newark Bay maintenance dredging. Bids were solicited via the internet with two received. Work will be performed in Newark, New Jersey, with an estimated completion date of Dec. 30, 2023. Fiscal 2023 civil construction funds in the amount of $45,713,700 were obligated at the time of the award. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New York, New York, is the contracting activity.
