Thoma-Sea Marine Constructors LLC, Houma, Louisiana, was awarded an $8,276,579 firm-fixed-price contract to repower the dredge Hurley. Bids were solicited via the internet with one received. Work will be performed in Houma, Louisiana, with an estimated completion date of Nov. 11, 2025. Fiscal 2024 revolving funds in the amount of $8,276,579 were obligated at the time of the award. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, is the contracting activity.
