Schuylkill River Dredging Project Left In Limbo as Contract Disputes Stall

Dredging of the Schuylkill River has come to a standstill after a dispute over contract specifications caused project contractor ASI to stop work completely late last fall. Now local rowers and water users are impacted, with no news on when the river will be restored. WHYY’s Hannah Chinn reports.
