Orion Group has reported to the SEC that another New York based investment group has acquired a substantial reportable interest in its shares.
The securities acquired, representing over 4.6% of its outstanding shares, are beneficially owned by one or more registered investment companies or other managed accounts that are investment management clients of Royce & Associates, LP (“RALP”), an indirect majority owned subsidiary of Franklin Resources, Inc.(“FRI”).
