Ellicott Dredges is pleased to announce that, effective April 3, Mark Heimberger has been promoted to Manager of Field Service for both Ellicott Dredges and Ellicott Dredge Technologies (auger dredges and ROV’s.)
Mark has been with Ellicott for 21 years and in 2007 was promoted to Senior Field Service Technician. He has an extensive background in heavy marine equipment and diesel engines. In addition, Mark’s formal training includes hydraulics, centrifugal pumps, AC/DC control power, and low voltage control systems. During his career at Ellicott Mark has commissioned over 100 dredges ranging in size from 8” (200 mm) to 28” (750 mm), both diesel and electric powered. This work has taken him to more than 20 different countries. He has also assumed, when needed, the role of Project Supervisor for shipyard assembly.
Mark will be based at the Baltimore plant.
