1. The Guyana Oil Company Ltd. hereinafter referred to as “the Procurement Entity”, invites eligible bidders to submit their bids for execution of the following:
DREDGING PROVIDENCE TERMINAL’S BERTH, EAST BANK DEMERARA
2. The bid document can be uplifted at the Guyoil Office Complex, Facilities Division, Providence, East Bank Demerara, Monday to Thursday (08:00hrs to 16:00hrs) and Friday (08:00hrs to 15:00hrs) from the publication of this notice.
3. The required period for the project is: One month.
4. All bidders shall submit their bids not later than 14:00 hours on 10 November, 2026 at Guyoil Office Complex, Facilities Division, Providence, East Bank Demerara in Tender Box #10.
5. All late bids shall be rejected and returned to bidders unopened.
6. Bids shall be valid for 90 days from the date of the bid opening.
7. Bids shall be opened by a member of the tender committee in the presence of bidders’ representatives, who wish to attend the opening at 14:00 hours on 10 November, 2026 at the address:

Providence
East Bank Demerara
8. All bids must be accompanied by the following documents stated in the evaluation criteria sheet.
9. The Guyana Oil Company Limited reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning reason (s) for such rejection.
