DE Klop BV is proud to have recently delivered a new Soil Feeder to Van Oord.
The installation has now been successfully commissioned and is operating in Friesland, where the Soil Feeder is working in combination with a booster unit.
The Soil Feeder is designed to receive soil and mix it with water into a homogeneous and pumpable mixture. The mixture can then be transported through a floating discharge pipeline. Combined with the booster unit, this provides a flexible and effective solution for pumping material over longer distances.
It is always rewarding to see a project progress from engineering and construction to successful operation in the field — and even better to see the equipment performing exactly as intended.
