BOGUE BANKS — Officials across four Bogue Banks municipalities will consider authorizing a combined $8.3 million this week to cover their shares of a proposed $33 million winter beach nourishment project.
The town deliberations follow a favorable bid received last week by the Carteret County Beach Commission from Manson Construction Co. of Seattle.
