Southeast Arkansas College
(SEARK) is pleased to announce the receipt of a land donation from Pine Bluff Sand and Gravel Company containing 34.27 acres southwest of SEARK College’s Main Campus. The partially cleared land also includes wooded sections.
This generous contribution is a testament to Pine Bluff Sand and Gravel’s commitment to supporting education and the community. The unimproved land offers SEARK College exciting opportunities for future growth and development as it will be incorporated into the next version of the Master Facilities Plan.
SEARK College Interim President Stacy Pfluger expressed her excitement and gratitude for the gift, stating, “We are thrilled to receive this generous donation from Pine Bluff Sand and Gravel. This land opens up a world of possibilities for SEARK College as we continue to expand our programs and enhance our offerings to better serve our students and community. It’s truly a gift that will impact generations to come.”
Scott McGeorge, with Pine Bluff Sand and Gravel, conveyed their pride in being able to provide this valuable asset to SEARK College. “Pine Bluff Sand and Gravel is proud to support Southeast Arkansas College and the vital role it plays in our community. We believe in the power of education and are honored to contribute to the college’s mission by providing this land. We look forward to seeing the positive impact it will have on SEARK and the surrounding area.”
The addition of this land to the college’s campus marks an exciting chapter in SEARK College’s journey, positioning it for continued growth and success in serving the needs of its students and the community.
