Port Houston is seeking to hire a Managing Director for the Channel Infrastructure Division.
This position will support the Chief Channel Infrastructure Officer and will be responsible for coordinating the Channel Infrastructure Operations, Marine Regulatory, and Channel Real Property Departments. The goal is to ensure the availability of ship channels, tributaries, and Port Houston berths for the safe movement of commerce, as well as to coordinate multiple mega projects aimed at further developing and enhancing Port Houston Terminals and the Houston Ship Channel (HSC).
The ideal candidate should possess a blend of consulting and government experience, along with a marine-focused education in civil, environmental, and/or navigation engineering.
