National Marine Dredging Co. Approving the Subscription to 100 Million Shares in Arabtec Holding

A Circular Resolution has been passed by the Board of Directors of the National Marine Dredging Company PJSC approving the subscription to 100 million shares in Arabtec Holding PJSC with a total value of AED 100 million.
