Lt. Gov. Victor Hocog will head a task force that aims to ensure that the feasibility studies for the Rota and Tinian harbor projects will move forward.
Hocog in an interview on Wednesday said the task force was formed by Gov. Ralph Torres to help the U.S. Army Corps of Engineer proceed with the feasibility studies for the projects.
