Three industry experts from Kongsberg Maritime will be exhibiting at the American Society of Civil Engineers Ports ’22 Conference in Honolulu Hawaii. The conference runs from September 18-21, 2022.
Samantha Bruce, Technical Sales Manager for Kongsberg Underwater Technology, will cover single beam and multibeam systems for shallow survey and infrastructure inspection. Mark Atherton, author of Echoes and Images: The Encyclopedia of Side-Scan and Scanning Sonar Operations, will discuss infrastructure inspection using high-resolution single beam scanning sonar. Michael Cohen, President of Qii.AI and Konrad Mech from Kongsberg Maritime AS will demonstrate ScanFuse, software designed to generate complex 3-D infrastructure models from the mud-line to top of superstructure by fusing sonar images with aerial drone data.
