Joe brings more than 18 years of heavy civil construction, engineering and estimating experience, with a background spanning complex infrastructure, bridges, transportation, transit, and water and wastewater projects. His expertise includes preconstruction strategy, estimating, constructability, project planning and risk evaluation.
In his new role, Joe will lead preconstruction efforts across both Gunderson and AAC, helping our teams evaluate opportunities, develop strong project strategies and position complex projects for success from the start.
