Arcadis has strengthened its life sciences offer by hiring Fabio Forlizzi as a senior associate.
Forlizzi, who has more than 12 years of experience, was an associate architect at Buro Happold prior to joining Arcadis.
In his new role, he will help steer Arcadis’ growing portfolio of retrofit and repurposing projects, transforming ageing assets into modern, high performance research spaces.
He will also contribute to Arcadis’ wider work on placemaking and strategic masterplanning for science campuses and innovation districts.
Simon Carter, associate principal and UK science lead at Arcadis, said: “We’re delighted to welcome Fabio to our life sciences team at such a pivotal moment for the sector and our practice. As technological change, global competition and healthcare priorities reshape the life sciences ecosystem, Fabio’s expertise will be central to our next phase of growth.
