AWO joined member Amnav Maritime, LLC for a tugboat tour in the Port of Oakland last month, attended by Assemblymember Jasmeet Bains and staff from Senator Bill Dodd and Senator Scott Wiener. During the tour, discussion included AB 1122, a bill to make necessary improvements to the CARB Commercial Harbor Craft Rule.
