Following a successful launch earlier this year, we are pleased to share the forming of Women@Boskalis, a new community that connects women across our organization. The community aims to foster connections, encourage the exchange of experiences and insights, and support personal and professional development. By bringing colleagues together across functions, disciplines and locations, Women@Boskalis further contributes to an inclusive workplace where different perspectives are valued and opportunities to learn from one another are actively encouraged.
