Van Oord would like to share that Jolanda Poots-Bijl, our CFO since 2016, has informed us that she will leave our company as per August 1st. She will continue her career at Ahold Delhaize, where she will be nominated by the Supervisory Board as member of the Management Board. Following shareholder approval she will assume the role of Chief Financial Officer.
Pieter van Oord, CEO: ‘The Executive Committee regrets to see Jolanda leave but we are also proud of her next step. She has had a positive impact on our company. She has professionalised our finance and control functions and played a major role in our new strategy, Building the Future Together. On top of this, she has shown a great passion for sustainability. We wish her all the success in her new role.’
