We’re proud of how hard our NAD team has worked to coordinate response efforts and provide support to the Baltimore District and Unified Command Center in the aftermath of the FSK Bridge collapse.
Sgt. 1st Class Orlando Papaleo is one of our military personnel on the team who has provided crucial support. Papaleo is the Forward Engineer Support Team – Advanced (FEST-A) Non-Commissioned Officer in Charge (NCOIC) for the 71st FEST-A. He has helped run our operations section day-to-day by capturing and channeling information related to the response.
