A federal trial has been scheduled for September to resolve a lawsuit filed seven years ago against General Electric Co. by the town of Halfmoon and the Saratoga County Water Authority over whether they should be reimbursed for the costs of finding alternate water supplies as a result of the Hudson River PCB dredging project.
