We’re proud to announce that Jeff Vogel has joined TOTE Services as Vice President of Legal, effective May 2025.
Based in Washington, DC, Jeff brings decades of experience in maritime law, policy, and regulatory affairs, most recently serving as a Shareholder and Government Contract Co-Chair at Cozen O’Connor. His distinguished career includes advising both private industry and federal stakeholders on complex maritime legal and policy matters. Vogel will also serve as a member of TOTE Group’s legal team and work closely with its General Counsel Joe Misenti.
As the U.S. renews its focus on shipbuilding and maritime infrastructure, Jeff’s leadership will be instrumental in guiding TOTE Services through the evolving regulatory landscape and strengthening our role in shaping the future of domestic shipping and US shipbuilding.
