An electronic annual meeting of members of Da An Shipping (Pte) Ltd (company registration no. 199002022D) will be held on 19 January 2022 at 10:30am, according to a Friday (7 January) post on the Government Gazette.
The purpose of the meeting will be to allow members of the Company:
- To receive an update on the liquidation.
- To receive an account of the Liquidators’ acts and dealings, and of the conduct of the winding up for the period from 21 October 2020 to 20 October 2021.
A copy of the notice for the meeting of members of the Company on the aforementioned date and time has been circulated to all known members of the Company by hand or via registered post and email.
