It is a fight to survive for shipbuilder Royal IHC in Kinderdijk. The fate directly depends on a court ruling on yet another rescue attempt. It is expected between now and early March. Meanwhile, the order book is virtually empty. Chairman Martijn van de Beurcht of the IHC works council: ‘We have been held hostage for three quarters of a year.’
