Ports America has announced Rob Kusicielas as its new Chief Commercial Officer (CCO).
Kusicielas will be in charge of all commercial operations and strategy for the firm, including overseeing sales, marketing, and business development teams and exploring new market possibilities.
Kusicielas joins Ports America from Cargomatic, where he spent over 20 years supervising the planning, direction, and administration of worldwide supply chain operational and strategic operations.
His prior professional experience includes positions of leadership at CMA CGM, Lowe’s, Honeywell, and Walmart.
According to Ports America, Kusicielas places a relentless focus on attaining operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives using lean principles and driving the coordination of projects through their lifecycle.

Three months later, the Mississippi State Port Authority at Gulfport entered into a long-term lease and operating agreement with Ports America.
