For more than 18 years with Pine Bluff Sand & Gravel and the McGeorge Associated Companies, Inc., Jay has helped shape a culture where safety is more than a requirement, it’s a shared responsibility. At the heart of Jay’s work is a commitment to creating safer workplaces, strengthening teams, and making sure every employee goes home safely at the end of the day.
With a career in heavy civil construction dating back to 1986, Jay brings decades of field experience, leadership and a deep commitment to the people behind the work.
