On April 26, 2023, Orion Group Holdings, Inc. entered into a Land Sale Contract with Equity Resource Partners – East West, LLC, a Georgia limited liability company, who, subject to normal due diligence conditions, has agreed to purchase two parcels of land in Harris County, Texas (approximately 341.3 acres), previously used by the Company as dredge placement areas. The purchase price is approximately $36 million, and closing is anticipated on or before September 29, 2023.
A copy of the Land Sale Contract is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 10.1.
