In case you forgot about dredging White Rock Lake because of the coronavirus pandemic, rest assured. Plans are still moving forward.
The next public meeting regarding the White Rock Lake Dredging Feasibility Study is at 6 p.m. July 16. Community members can join via Zoom.
City staff and the consultant will give a short recap of prior meetings and show the findings of the White Rock Lake Dredging Feasibility Study. Other topics include dredging scenarios and its associated costs, as well as the sediment sampling analysis results.
The last part of the meeting will be set aside for public input and questions. After the meeting, the community input will be summarized and included in the final White Rock Lake Dredging Feasibility Study report.
