Disciplinary action has been taken against officers over mistakes made over the contract to dredge and dispose of silt from Peel Marina.
The move follows a highly-critical Public Accounts Committee report which concluded the dredging project was mishandled and government financial regulations were ‘almost completely ignored’.
In the House of Keys this week, Infrastructure Minister Phil Gawne was asked by Lib Van Onchan MHK Peter Karran whether there had been disciplinary action
