Pearl HPW Limited is pleased to announce the acquisition of CSD Ubele (former Destiny 08), an IHC Beaver 65 Cutter Suction Dredger, marking another strategic milestone in the company’s expansion of its marine engineering and dredging capabilities.
With a length of 48 metres, maximum dredging depth of 25 metres, and installed power capacity of 2,700 kW, CSD Ubele brings substantial operational capability to the company’s growing fleet.
The vessel is currently in drydock and will be deployed to critical reclamation projects being undertaken by Pearl Group in Nigeria.
CSD Ubele becomes the third IHC Beaver 65 in the company’s fleet, joining CSD Orashi and CSD Edoardo.
This acquisition reinforces Pearl HPW Limited’s commitment to investing in the equipment and technical capacity required to deliver complex dredging and reclamation projects in support of Nigeria’s infrastructure and economic development.
