The modifications revise each contract to reflect an increase in the contract’s shared aggregate maximum ordering capacity from $326,000,000 to $380,000,000, representing a total increase of $54,000,000 across the contract. The contracts provide new construction, repair, alteration, renovation, demolition, dredging, and related construction services for marine waterfront facilities and supporting infrastructure within the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Northwest area of responsibility. Work is performed primarily at government installations in Washington, Oregon, Alaska, Idaho, Montana, and Wyoming, with the potential for work throughout the remainder of the U.S. This modification increases the maximum contract value only and no funds are obligated by these modifications. Future task orders will be funded by military construction (Navy) and operations and maintenance (Navy) funds. NAVFAC Northwest, Silverdale, Washington, is the contracting activity.
