Mike Hooks LLC, Westlake, Louisiana, was awarded a firm-fixed-price contract to perform maintenance dredging of a waterway. The amount of this action is $22,146,860 with a total cumulative face value of $31,233,110. Bids were solicited via the internet with six received. Work will be performed in Port Neches, Texas, with an estimated completion date of Dec. 14, 2027. Fiscal 2026 operation and maintenance, Army funds in the amount of $22,146,860 were obligated at the time of the award. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Galveston, Texas, is the contracting activity (W912HY-26-C-A031).
