Work will be performed in Harris County, Texas, with an estimated completion date of April 9, 2027. Fiscal 2026 civil construction funds in the amount of $16,148,700 were obligated at the time of the award. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Galveston, Texas, is the contracting activity.
