Manson is proud to announce that Manson’s P-224 Causeway, Boat Channel and Turning Basin & P-226 Ammunition Pier NAVWPNSTA Seal Beach project received the Best Specialty Construction Award for Engineering News-Record (ENR) West’s 2026 Best Project Competition for its Southern California subregion.
More than 130 projects from across the west coast including Hawaii were reviewed by an independent panel of architecture, engineering, and construction experts to award 29 Best Projects and 32 Merit Awards. Projects were judged on their ability to overcome challenges, contributions to the industry and community, safety performance, and overall construction and design quality.
In November, ENR West will honor the Southern California project winners at its Best Projects event in Los Angeles, CA. In addition to category winners, judges have selected three finalists in both the Northern California and Southern California subregions for consideration as ENR West’s 2026 Project of the Year, which will also be announced during the events.
