Manson launched Construction Safety Week 2026 with this year’s theme: “All in Together.” This initiative supports an industry-wide commitment to fostering trust among coworkers, partners, and clients, ensuring that every task is approached collaboratively and safely.
The theme centered around three core pillars—Recognize, Respond, and Respect—offering a unified call to action. These principles guide the creation of intentional frameworks for handling high-energy, high-hazard work and are designed to prevent serious injuries and fatalities. The goal is for everyone to return home just as they arrived onsite: safe and healthy.
By embracing these pillars, Manson’s workforce will be equipped with the tools necessary to communicate openly, identify and address safety concerns, share ideas for improvement, and collaborate to solve problems—ensuring the safety of everyone on projects nationwide.
