Manson Construction Co., Seattle, Washington, was awarded a $9,778,170 firm-fixed-price contract to construct a beach berm. Bids were solicited via the internet with three received. Work will be performed in Fort Pierce, Florida, with an estimated completion date of May 27, 2023. Fiscal 2022 civil construction funds in the amount of $9,778,170 were obligated at the time of the award.
