Manson Construction Co., Seattle, Washington, was awarded a $17,316,250 firm-fixed-price contract to dredge shoal material and dispose of the dredged material at designated disposal sites. Bids were solicited via the internet with six received. Work will be performed in Belle Chasse, Louisiana, with an estimated completion date of Oct. 20, 2027. Fiscal 2026 civil construction, funds in the amount of $17,316,250 were obligated at the time of award. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New Orleans, Louisiana, is the contracting activity (W912P8-26-C-A048).
