Today, International Safety Day, we launch Pole Position: our incentive programme to promote a strong safety culture across our projects.
Score points for safety
The objective of Pole Position? To encourage our employees to take proactive safety actions and to register them. Each action earns you points. And the teams with the highest scores at the end of the year win some very nice prizes.
200 colleagues head out to kick off Pole Position
Today marks World Day for Safety and Health at Work. To celebrate this occasion, no fewer than 200 colleagues are stepping out of their usual work environment to visit a site from a different division. Their mission? To kick off Pole Position together. And at the same time to connect with on-site teams and exchange experiences on safety and well-being.
