J.F. Brennan Co. Inc., La Crosse, Wisconsin, was awarded a $67,270,205 firm-fixed-price contract for a fish passage improvement project. Bids were solicited via the internet with two received. Work will be performed in New London, Missouri, with an estimated completion date of Nov. 23, 2026. Fiscal 2024 civil construction funds in the amount of $67,270,205 were obligated at the time of the award.
