J. F. Brennan Co. Inc., La Crosse, Wisconsin, was awarded a $43,671,933 firm-fixed-price contract for removal of existing riprap, installation of a sheet pile separator wall, and associated dredging and fill operations at a lock and dam. Bids were solicited via the internet with two received. Work will be performed in Winfield, Missouri, with an estimated completion date of Dec. 25, 2027. Fiscal 2026 civil construction funds in the amount of $43,671,933 were obligated at the time of the award. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Louis, Missouri, is the contracting activity (W912P9-26-C-A007).
