Gulftainer, an international supply chain and logistics solutions provider, has announced exceptional growth and remarkable achievements for the year 2024.
Gulftainer reached a milestone of 2 million TEUs, while the Group handled 5.5 million tonnes of non-containerised cargo, broadening its capacity to serve diverse global trade sectors.
The company, along with its subsidiary Momentum Logistics, saw a global workforce increase of over 10 per cent year-on-year, reinforcing its commitment to expanding talent and terminal facilities.
Gulftainer also focused on strengthening its logistics infrastructure, including a new 110,000 square foot warehouse in the Sajaa Industrial Investment Park (SIIP) and the addition of 40 heavy trucks and 60 trailers across the UAE and KSA.
The Group’s technology division reported a 45 per cent year-on-year growth in 2024. This success was reportedly driven by increased capital investment, expanded terminal facilities, and fleet upgrades, positioning Momentum Logistics as one of the largest logistics companies in the region.

Last November, Gulftainer and VertomCory announced their intention to form a strategic shipping joint venture in the Middle East and the US.
