GLDD’s Stan Ekren, Vice President, Rivers & Lakes Manager term ends as the 2024/25 President of the Mississippi Valley Branch AGC (MV-AGC). The mission of Mississippi Valley AGC is uniquely focused on federal flood control and navigation work on the Mississippi River and its tributaries. On the National Level for the AGC, Stan has been the Chair of the Civil Works Committee over the last three years and has represented the Chapter on the Board of Governors.
Stan has more than 42 years of dredging industry experience and has served a variety of roles within Great Lakes Dredge & Dock Company. Stan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from North Dakota State University and a Master of Business Administration from Jacksonville University.
In addition to his leadership roles with MV-AGC and AGC, Stan serves on the Board of the Western Dredging Association (WEDA).
