Dredging Corporation of India Limited announced the resignation of Mr. Anindo majumdar as independent Director, with effect from December 3, 2022. Mr. Anindo majumdar resignation is due to he has been appointed as an administrative member of the Central Administrative Tribunal, Kolkata Bench.
