Dredger Builder ROHR-IDRECO Group sells assets of its German subsidiary

Takeover of business operations by investor consortium on November 1, 2022

An investor consortium consisting of three German sand and gravel mining companies will take over the business operations of the Mannheim-based manufacturer ROHR-IDRECO Bagger GmbHon November 1, 2022. After the takeover, the company will operate under the name Rohr Bagger GmbH and employ around 30 people at its Mannheim site. The other companies of the ROHR-IDRECO Group are not part of the sale.

The Dutch-headquarteredROHR-IDRECO Group specializes in the design and production of high-quality electrically driven dredgers and equipment for deep dredging depths. Its Mannheim-based subsidiary, whose business operations will be transferred to the investor consortium, will engage in the engineering and manufacturing of clamshell and bucket ladder dredges for the European market.
