Share buyback programme update

In accordance with the regulations, DEME Group NV hereby discloses information regarding the acquisition of own shares.

Under the framework of the share buyback programme, as announced per 26 April 2024, the company reports today that during the period from 29 July 2024 until 2 August 2024 the following transactions took place:

Repurchase of shares

Since the start of the share buy-back programme on 29 April 2024, DEME Group NV has bought back 25,784 shares for a total amount of 4,151,083.64 euro. This corresponds to 57.30% of the programme completed.
