Under the framework of the share buyback program, as announced on March 31, 2026, the company reports today that during the period from April 27, 2026, until April 30, 2026, the following transactions took place:
Since the start of the share buy-back program on April 2, 2026, DEME Group NV has bought back 11,608 shares for a total amount of 2,173,258.85 euros. This corresponds to 36.85% of the program completed.
