Attending the meeting were the Standing Vice Chairman of the City People’s Council, Tran Phuoc Son, leaders of the Department of Construction, and representatives from relevant units and localities.
Accordingly, the delegation visited the 372nd Division and listened to reports from the Department of Construction and related units on the progress of dredging the regulating lake and drainage system in the airport area.
Based on that, the delegates assessed the difficulties and obstacles encountered during the implementation process, and proposed solutions to improve drainage efficiency, contributing to reducing flooding in the area.
During an on-site inspection of two land plots east of the Ngo Quyen – Pham Van Dong intersection (An Hai ward), including plot A1-2-1 and the commercial and service land plot combined with a parking lot A1-1, the working group listened to reports from the City Land Fund Development Center and the People’s Committee of An Hai ward on the management and use of these land plots.
Chairman of the City People’s Committee Nguyen Manh Hung instructed the Department of Agriculture and Environment and the City Land Development Center to urgently review large land plots that are slow to be put into use and report to the city leaders for consideration and handling.
The inspection aimed to review the management and use of land funds, assess the progress of tasks related to drainage infrastructure, and thereby direct relevant units to accelerate implementation, ensuring effective state management and meeting urban development requirements.
