Black & Veatch, a global leader in critical infrastructure solutions, today announced the addition of Jason Kirk to serve as Vice President, Federal Solutions Director and Resilience Programs Liaison.
With over four years in the private-sector architecture, engineering and construction (AEC) industry and more than 25 years serving in the U.S. Army and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Kirk brings deep experience in leading multi-billion dollar domestic and international infrastructure, military construction, water resources and environmental programs.

Prior to joining Black & Veatch, Kirk spent four years in private-sector business development and operational market leadership roles, developing and implementing business development strategies and serving clients first in the aviation and aerospace market and later in the municipal “One Water” utilities market.
