Dredging is complete in the Beach Haven West Channel, and dredge pipelines will be relocating to the Mill Creek Channel. Work will continue in this channel for the next few days.
This map provides an approximate location of the new pipeline configuration and marked channel crossings. The pipeline is marked with lit pencil buoys, orange Norwegian buoys and channel marker crossing buoys. There are 3 marked crossings with red and green buoys for safe transfer over the pipeline.
Pipelines can be difficult to see and may traverse areas outside of marked channels. Boaters and Jet Skis are urged to use extreme caution when operating around marked pipelines and should stay away from all floating equipment. Use extreme caution and SLOW/No Wake Speeds through the construction zone. Use channel 63 to contact the equipment, as necessary.
