Bridges, culverts, and crossings must align with the project. In Bahia, heavy rains can deliver large volumes of water in short time. Without proper drainage, water deteriorates edges and creates erosion under the pavement.
Quality control begins with the materials. Thickness, compaction, and mixture content determine the lifespan. Field tests record whether the company delivered what the contract specified.
Bidding Still Navigates a Sequence of Stages
After publication, interested parties study the projects and submit bids. The administration analyzes price, qualification, and technical capacity. Funding may alter the timeline before the contract is signed.
