ASL Marine, Parent of Vosta Dredging, Discusses Ernst & Young Opinion about “Material Uncertainty” Related to its Annual Financial Statements

Pursuant to Rule 704(5) of the Listing Manual of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited, the Board of Directors of ASL Marine Holdings Ltd. (the “Company”) wishes to announce that its independent auditor, Ernst & Young LLP, has highlighted a material uncertainty related to going concern in respect of the ability of the Group and the Company to continue as a going concern in the Independent Auditor’s Report on the financial statements of the Company and its subsidiaries for the financial year ended 30 June 2022 (the “FY2022 Financial Statements”). The Independent Auditor’s Report and the FY2022 Financial Statements will form part of the Company’s Annual Report for FY2022 (the “FY2022 Annual Report”).
